Chef Frederik Desch has confirmed the star every year since 2009. His cooking style: a successful mix of classic and modern. For this he uses very good products such as Rhöner salmon trout, local venison or Bresse poularde, whose individual taste he puts in the foreground.

We were allowed to enjoy the daily menu, as well as the star fish menu and the star lobster menu. The wine advice from the sommelier met our taste 100%.
