Creative creations with regional ingredients are accompanied by excellent wines from the wine country Franconia if desired. Our kitchen team pays attention to products with regional origin and seasonal freshness when creating our menus. For example, we obtain our caviar from the Rhön fish farm of Udo and Peter Groß in Gersfeld, fresh and smoked fish from Christoph Hein from Hassenbach or game directly from our passionate hunter and chef Frederik Desch.

Enjoy daily fresh fruit and vegetables, mainly from the region, or start the day delightfully with baked goods from our Bad Kissingen baker. Our varied gourmet-breakfast also awaits you with home-cooked, seasonal jams made from fully ripe fruits, honey from our own orchards in Bad Kissingen and organic free-range eggs from the family Leuner in Hetzlos. Our ham and sausages come from the butchery Faber Feinkost in Bad Kissingen.

With us you refuel sustainably! In line with our sustainability concept, we have a charging station for electric cars. There you can conveniently charge your car while you enjoy the amenities of the sauna world or your room, for example.

In the area of spa and cosmetics, we rely, among others, on the exclusive products of Thalgo La Beauté Marine as well as Kure Bazaar, which are subjected to strict quality controls and whose manufacturers are committed to an environmentally friendly production and delivery process.

Thalgo's products, based on marine algae, are primarily synonymous with "Clean Beauty," which maintains or restores the microbiome, is highly compatible and excludes harmful ingredients, and supports natural skin function.
Kure Bazaar is the leading nail polish of a new generation, combining the ethics of a new, eco-friendly formula with the bright colors of Parisian fashion. Up to 90 percent of all ingredients in Kure Bazaar nail polishes are of natural origin: from wood pulp, wheat, cotton, potatoes and grain.

Waste

Our team will continuously work to reduce overall waste and increase the amount of recycled waste. This is precisely why, for example, our to-go packaging is also 100% organic and compostable.
