Our Spa Etiquette

Dear Beauty Spa Guests,

we are very pleased about your visit to our Laudensacks Beauty Spa. Your treatment will be most successful if you come to us relaxed and in comfortable clothing or a bathrobe. Please arrive at the appointed time. All treatment times include approximately 15 minutes, depending on the treatment, for a medical history discussion, to get dressed and undressed, and an individual home care consultation to achieve lasting treatment results.

Health

Please remember to make us aware of any health conditions, such as allergies, metabolic disorders, herpes, or recent surgeries.

Valuables

We are not liable for any valuables you bring with you. Please come for treatment without jewelry.

Personal preferences

Before each treatment, you will be asked by your beautician what is particularly important to you in the context of your booked treatment, in order to tailor the treatment time as ideally as possible to your needs.

Delay

If you are late, we will of course try to give you the full treatment time. However, if the next customer follows immediately afterwards, your treatment time must be reduced by the delay. Unfortunately, the treatment price cannot be reduced in this case.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we will be happy to cancel your booking free of charge up to a maximum of 24 hours before the start of treatment. Please understand that we will charge you 50 % of the treatment price for appointments that are not cancelled up to 24 hours in advance and cannot be rescheduled. We are very pleased to welcome you in our Beauty Spa and wish you a relaxing stay in our house.
